Jacob Gredvig PT, DPT, CEAS I

I graduated from Saint Catherine University with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. Through my outpatient work experience, I have honed my skills in orthopedics and health promotion. In addition to my clinical background, I have pursued advanced certification in ergonomic assessments, earning the title of Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS I). This has allowed me to be more comprehensive in my ergonomic assessments.

I am member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and an active participant in the Occupational Health Special Interest Group (OHSIG). I remain committed to advancements in the field of physical therapy and occupational health. I currently act as a liaison for the OHSIG in the state of Massachusetts and assist with content creation as the Vice Chair of the Public Relations Committee.

I am passionate about injury prevention. I firmly believe in proactive measures. It seems much more valuable to me to prevent injuries before they become debilitating, which is often when I begin my intervention in the outpatient clinic. I understand the effects pain and injury can have, not just on work, but on someone’s personal life as well.

In my free time, I enjoy exercise including lifting, golf, and soccer, as well as spending time outdoors hiking and fishing. I value quality time with my friends and family. I recognize them and their importance in providing me with a fulfilling life.
